                                 ORDER
 
        On July 27, 1998, McTeague  Construction Company, Inc. filed
   a petition  requesting the Board  to direct the  General Services
   Administration contracting officer  to issue a final  decision on
   various  claims  for reimbursement  in  connection with  two term
   partition  contracts.    On  November  9,  counsel  for  McTeague
   notified the Board that a contracting officer's decision has been
   received by appellant.
 
        Accordingly, this matter is hereby DISMISSED.
