This appeal involves a claim in the amount of $8,441,508.10 for additional design costs relating to the resequencing of the architectural and engineering design of the Ronald Reagan Federal Office Building, Washington, D.C. The parties have settled their dispute for $4,000,000, which, according to the parties' stipulation, is "inclusive of any and all Contract Disputes Act of 1978 interest, cost and fees." The parties have requested the Board to adopt their settlement by decision pursuant to Rule 136(e) and have stated that neither party will seek reconsideration of, or relief from, the Board's decision and that neither party will appeal the decision. Decision Pursuant to the agreement of the parties and Rule 136(e), the Board adopts the parties' stipulation by decision.
