                              ORDER

     On September 27, 2000, the Board docketed this appeal from a contracting officer's
decision denying appellant's claim for the cost for repairs associated with alleged damage to
property under lease GS-04B-34057.  On November 6, 2000, the parties filed their settlement
agreement with the Board.  Under the terms of the settlement agreement, the parties agree
that this appeal may be dismissed with prejudice.

     Accordingly, the subject appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
