                              ORDER

AMEC Construction Management, Inc. (AMEC) filed numerous claims against the
General Services Administration under a contract for the renovation of the Interstate
Commerce Commission, United States Customs Service, and Connecting Wing Buildings
in Washington, D.C. AMEC appealed the contracting officer's decisions as to fifty-five of
these claims.

The Board has already resolved twenty-seven of these appeals -- fourteen by issuing
decisions which provided for stipulated judgments (Jan. 31, 2006; June 16, 2006), one by
issuing a decision which resolved the appeal on the merits (Sept. 26, 2006), and twelve by
issuing a dismissal order requested by the parties (Apr. 6, 2006).

The parties have now informed the Board that they have settled the remaining twenty-
eight appeals and requested that we dismiss those cases with prejudice.

     Accordingly, GSBCA 16151, 16154, 16155, 16160, 16168, 16184, 16185, 16186,
16187, 16210, 16211, 16212, 16213, 16216, 16219, 16220, 16221, 16222, 16224, 16225,
16226, 16229, 16230, 16231, 16232, 16258, 16259, and 16276 are all DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
