                              ORDER

     The above-captioned cases are appeals of decisions issued by a General Services
Administration contracting officer on claims submitted by AMEC Construction Management,
Inc. under a contract for the renovation of the Interstate Commerce Commission, United
States Customs Service, and Connecting Wing Buildings in Washington, D.C.  The total
amount at issue in the cases was $285,544.

     Following mediation conducted by a judge of this Board, the parties settled the cases. 
On April 5, 2006, the parties filed a stipulation to the dismissal with prejudice of the cases.

     The cases are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
