                              ORDER

     On September 25, 2006, counsel for appellant informed the Board that the parties
have executed a settlement agreement in this appeal under contract number
GS11P99MAC0006 for vertical transportation system improvements at the National
Archives Building in Washington, D.C., and requested that this appeal be dismissed with
prejudice.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
