                              ORDER

     On February 24, 2004, Trammell Crow Services, Inc. appealed
the final decision of a General Services Administration contracting
officer denying its claim under lease number LTN4007 for payment of
rent withheld by the Government.

     On February 3, 2006, respondent filed a settlement agreement,
executed by all parties, stating that there is no longer a dispute
at issue and requesting on behalf of both parties that this appeal
be dismissed with prejudice.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
128.
