                              ORDER

     This case involves the lease of a storage area network by Northrop Grumman
Computing Systems, Inc. to the General Services Administration, acting on behalf of Wright-
Patterson Air Force Base.  The parties disagreed as to whether Northrop was entitled to be
paid for the third year of the lease.

     The Board issued a decision earlier this year denying a motion for summary relief
filed by the respondent.  Northrop Grumman Computing Systems, Inc. v. General Services
Administration, GSBCA 16367, 06-2 BCA  33,324.  Subsequently, the parties entered into
settlement negotiations.

     The parties have now settled the case and filed a Stipulation of Dismissal, asking that
the case be dismissed with prejudice.

     As stipulated by the parties, the case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
