                              ORDER

     On April 23, 2004, Pacific General, Inc. filed a notice of appeal in connection with
a dispute under contract number GS-09P-97-NPD-0101, for the renovation of part of the
United States Courthouse in Los Angeles, California.  On February 2, 2006, Pacific General,
Inc. filed a letter requesting the appeal be dismissed.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
