                              ORDER

West Second Street Associates 2 LLC (West Second Street) owns and leases to the
General Services Administration (GSA) properties in Lansing and Detroit, Michigan. After
building out the premises to suit GSA, West Second Street submitted to an agency
contracting officer certified claims as to each of the buildings, both "arising from the
[GSA's] requirements necessitating extra construction costs." The amount of the claim
involving the Lansing property was $305,181.17 plus $8049.60 in annual rent increases. The
amount of the claim involving the Detroit property was $151,303.60 plus $8049.60 in annual
rent increases. The contracting officer granted each of the claims in part, and West Second
Street appealed his decisions. We docketed the appeals as GSBCA 16544 and 16545.

The parties have now settled these cases, and West Second Street, with GSA's
concurrence, has moved the Board to dismiss them with prejudice.

The motion is granted. The cases are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
