                              ORDER

     On August 1, 2005, and October 25, 2005, appellant, Integral Systems, Inc., filed
notices of appeal in connection with disputes under contract number 50-SPNA-0-00093, for 
the Data Collection System Automated Processing System II.  On April 24, 2006, the parties
filed a letter stating the parties have settled the disputes in these appeals and jointly requested
the appeals be dismissed.

     Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
