                             ORDER
                                
     Appellant, Metro Recycling Company, was awarded a contract by respondent, the
General Services Administration, for paper recycling.  On August 4, 2005, appellant filed an
appeal with this Board of the contracting officer's decision claiming that appellant owed
$12,120.95 under the contract.  Appellant counted that it owed only $4916.49.

 
     On May 15, 2006, the parties filed a joint stipulation for dismissal stating that they
have settled this matter.  A copy of the settlement agreement was also provided. 
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
