                              ORDER

     On October 3, 2005, L. D. Austin Company filed a notice of appeal in connection with
a dispute under contract number GS04F04FBE3194, for an item purchased at auction.  On
February 22, 2006, the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal, along with an executed
settlement agreement, requesting the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
