                              ORDER

     On December 12, 2005, AD Investments, LLC (appellant) appealed the final decision
of a General Services Administration contracting officer denying its claim under lease
number GS-05B-17056 for occupancy of a building located at 401 N. Front Street,
Columbus, Ohio.  On August 3, 2006, appellant informed the Board that the parties have
settled and requested that the appeal be dismissed.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128.
