                              ORDER

     On May 18, 2006, Takota Corporation filed notices of appeal in connection with
disputes under contract number GS05P0GAC0051, relating to the installation of an
emergency generator at the Joseph P. Kinneary United States Federal Courthouse in
Columbus, Ohio.  On November 16, 2006, appellant filed a motion to dismiss with prejudice
along with an executed settlement agreement.

     Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
