PARKER, Board Judge.

     On May 18, 2006, Fred M. Lyda (appellant) appealed the final decision of a General
Services Administration contracting officer denying appellant's claim under contract number
GS04F06FBE2965 in connection with the sale of a 1985 Chevrolet utility truck.

     On June 8, 2006, the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal stating that the
parties have reached an agreement and requesting that this appeal be dismissed with
prejudice.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128.
