ORDER On September 9, 1992, Integrated Systems Group, Inc (ISG) protested the terms of solicitation number DCA100-92-R-0280, issued by the Defense Information Systems Agency, for the acquisition of general purpose automatic data processing equipment. On September 11, 1992, ISG filed a motion requesting that this protest be dismissed without prejudice. The motion also requests that the dismissal be converted to a dismissal with prejudice at the close of the amended solicitation. Respondent has no objections. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
