                                 ORDER
 
        On  September 9, 1992,  Integrated Systems Group,  Inc (ISG)
   protested  the  terms  of solicitation  number  DCA100-92-R-0280,
   issued  by  the  Defense  Information  Systems  Agency,  for  the
   acquisition  of   general  purpose   automatic  data   processing
   equipment.   On September 11, 1992, ISG filed a motion requesting
   that this  protest be  dismissed without  prejudice.  The  motion
   also requests that the dismissal be converted to a dismissal with
   prejudice at the close of  the amended solicitation.   Respondent
   has no objections.
 
        Accordingly,  this protest  is DISMISSED  WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
   Rule 28(a).  The dismissal shall convert to one with prejudice on
   the date for receipt of offerors under the amended solicitation.
