                                 ORDER

On December 2, 1992, RMTC Systems, Inc. (RMTC) filed a
protest against the Department of the Navy's rejection from the
competitive range of protester's offer to supply automatic data
   processing equipment.

RMTC filed a letter on December 3 withdrawing its protest.
   The letter states:

Today, an award on the subject solicitation was made,
allowing the Navy to release winning bid information to
us. The contracting officer was polite enough to
promptly contact us and inform us of the wide disparity
between our offer and the winning offer. We concur
with the Navy's previous assess[ment] that our offer
was not in the competitive range.

Protester's president has orally informed us that his firm
desires that the protest be dismissed with prejudice.

In accordance with protester's request, the protest is
hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
