ORDER On May 7, 1993, the Board docketed a protest filed by Computer Literacy World, Inc. (CLW) under solicitation number RFP-02-92-HHS-OS. CLW protested the terms of the solicitation requiring offerors to bid on all contract line items. On May 12, 1993, I-NET, Inc., intervened in the protest on the side of the respondent. On May 14, 1993, we held a prehearing telephone conference with the parties for the purpose of establishing a plan for further proceedings in the protest. During that conference, we were informed that the parties were in the process of settling the case. On May 26, 1993, the Board received a copy of the settlement agreement. On May 28, 1993, we received the protester's request to dismiss the case "as settled." Accordingly, the request to dismiss is granted. The protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
