LIBRARY OF CONGRESS, Respondent. Ken Christison of United States Integration, Hayward, CA, counsel for Protester. Robert A. Lincoln, Office of the General Counsel, Library of Congress, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. HENDLEY, Board Judge. ORDER On June 29, 1993, the Board docketed a protest filed by United States Integration. The protester alleged that solicitation number RFP 93-13, which was issued by the respondent, Library of Congress, Washington, DC, "is prohibitive and unclear as to the Governments requirement of computer equipment." In a telephone conference with the Board, the protester stated that it would be withdrawing its protest. The respondent had no objection.
