                                 ORDER
    
        The  Board received this protest filed by Integrated Systems
   Group,  Inc.  on July  2,  1993.   The  protest alleged  that the
   Department  of  the  Army  violated  statute  and  regulation  in
   connection with a notice of solicitation in the Commerce Business
   Daily on May 21, 1993.
     
        On July 7, counsel for  protester filed a motion to dismiss,
   which provided:
 
                  Integrated Systems Group,  Inc. ("Protester")
             hereby withdraws its protest and requests that the
             General Services Administration  Board of Contract
             Appeals   ("Board")  dismiss   the  protest   with
             prejudice.
 
                  The counsel  for the  Department of  the Army
             ("Respondent")  is aware of this motion and has no
             objection to the motion.
 
        This protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
