On July 30, 1993, the Board held a prehearing conference to discuss further proceedings in the case. On August 6, 1993, the protester requested that the Board dismiss the protest with prejudice. Protester has stated that the Army has no objection to this motion. Accordingly, protester's motion is granted. This protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28. VINCENT A. LaBELLA Board Judge
