_______________________________________________ DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE: September 27, 1993 _______________________________________________ GSBCA 12535-P INTEGRATED SYSTEMS GROUP, INC., Protester, v. OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT, Respondent. Shelton H. Skolnick, Judy D. Leishman, and Amy M. Hall of Skolnick & Leishman, P.C., Derwood, MD, counsel for Protester. Stephen G. Lee, Office of the General Counsel, Office of Personnel Management, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. HENDLEY, Board Judge. ORDER On August 12, 1993, the Board docketed a protest filed by Integrated Systems Group, Inc. (ISG). The protester alleged that the respondent, Office of Personnel Management (OPM), violated applicable statute and regulation in the process of procuring automatic data processing equipment for use by the OPM Data Center, Macon, Georgia. The respondent's delegation of procurement authority was not suspended. A merits hearing was held on September 17, 1993, in Washington, DC. After the close of business on that day, the parties held a telephone conference and informed the Board that they had settled the protest and that the hearing, which was scheduled to continue on September 18, could be cancelled. The Board then cancelled the hearing. On September 24, 1993, the Board received the protester's motion to dismiss, which states: Integrated Systems Group, Inc. ("Protester") hereby withdraws its protest and requests that the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals dismiss the protest with prejudice. The counsel for the Office of Personnel Management ("Respondent") is aware of this motion and has no objection to the motion. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
