                                 ORDER

On September 2, 1993, International Data Products,
Corporation filed with the Board a post-award protest involving a
procurement by respondent, the Department of the Army. Protester
alleges that the awardee's bid is non-responsive.

On September 17, 1993, protester filed with the Board a
withdrawal of its protest noting that it was satisfied with the
agency's support of the award determination. The parties treat
the submission as a request that the protest be dismissed with
   prejudice to reinstatement.

Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE to
   reinstatement. Rule 28(a).
