   HENDLEY, Board Judge.
 
        On September 13, 1993, the Board docketed a protest filed by
   Integrated Systems Group, Inc. (ISG).  The protester alleged that
   the  respondent,  the  United States  Army,  violated  applicable
   statutes  and regulations in  the process of  procuring automatic
   data processing equipment for use by the United States Army, West
   Point, New York. 
 
        On  September 20, 1993,  the Board received  the protester's
   motion to dismiss, which states:
 
              Integrated  Systems  Group,   Inc.  ("Protester")
        hereby  withdraws its  protest  and  requests that  the
        General  Services  Administration   Board  of  Contract
        Appeals ("Board") dismiss the protest with prejudice.
 
              The  counsel  for  the  Department  of  the  Army
        ("Respondent")  is  aware  of this  motion  and  has no
        objection to the motion.
 
        Accordingly,  the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).
