                           ORDER OF DISMISSAL
 
        On  February  24,  1994,   Information  Systems  &  Networks
   Corporation  (ISN)  protested  the  award  made  by  the  General
   Services Administration, Federal Computer  Acquisition Center, on
   behalf  of  the  Department  of  State,  of  a  contract  to  FDC
   Technologies, Inc.  The contract  is for the modernization of IBM
   mainframe computer systems  located at the Department  of State's
   five main processing hubs.  
 
        On March  9, 1994,  ISN voluntarily moved  the Board  for an
   order dismissing this protest with prejudice.  In accordance with
   this  request, the  protest is  DISMISSED  WITH PREJUDICE.   Rule
   28(a).   The suspension of respondent's delegation of procurement
   authority lapses by its terms.
