ORDER On September 15, 1994, Decisions Systems Technologies, Inc., (DSTI) filed a protest challenging the issuance of task orders to another vendor under an existing contract. DSTI alleged that the task orders came within the scope of DSTI's awarded contract, which award is challenged in other proceedings at the Board. On September 28, DSTI withdrew its protest, recognizing that the protest was premature. Respondent agrees with the withdrawal.
