                                 ORDER
 
        On September 29, 1994, protester Computer Data Systems, Inc.
   (CDSI) filed  a motion for  award of protest costs  in connection
   with  pursuing its protest  docketed as GSBCA 12824-P.   Computer
   Data Systems,  Inc. v.  Department of Energy,  GSBCA-P (July  15,
   1994).  On March 16, 1995, CDSI withdrew its motion.
 
        Accordingly, CDSI's  motion for  award of  protest costs  is
   DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).[foot #] 1
