                                 ORDER

CBIS Federal Inc. filed this protest alleging that the
General Services Administration's (GSA's) extension of two
contracts for ADP technical support services in GSA's Central
   Zone violated statute and regulation.

On November 4, 1994, the Board received the parties' joint
stipulation of dismissal without prejudice that provided as
   follows:

In order to permit the General Services
             Administration ("GSA") an opportunity to
determine the manner in which it will
implement the Board's decision in GSBCA Nos.
12925-P and 12928-P, the parties to GSBCA No.
13014-P, hereby jointly request the Board to
             dismiss the above-captioned protest without
prejudice to CBIS Federal's right to
reinstate the protest on or before November
             21, 1994.

In the event CBIS Federal reinstates its
protest on or before November 21, 1994, the
parties stipulate that the timeliness of the
reinstated protest as amended shall be
determined based upon the initial filing date
of GSBCA No. 13014-P (October 7, 1994). GSA
and Intervenors reserve the right to
challenge the timeliness of any additional
issues raised in a reinstated protest.

In accordance with the request of the parties, this protest
is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
