                                 ORDER
 
        On October 31, 1994, Ceridian Corporation filed this protest
   with  the Board  concerning the  award  of a  contract to  Martin
   Marietta Technologies, Inc.,  for full service  remote computing,
   conversion, and related support services.
 
        On November  28, protester  filed a  notice to  withdraw its
   protest.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
