                                 ORDER
 
        Government Micro Resources,  Inc. (GMR)  filed this  protest
   with  the Board  on  November 17,  1994.   GMR  alleged that  the
   Federal  Bureau  of  Prisons  violated  applicable  statutes  and
   regulations by  eliminating protester from the  competitive range
   for services sought under solicitation no. JADP-017.
 
        On  December 6,  1994, GMR  filed  a motion  to dismiss  its
   protest.
 
        The motion to dismiss is  GRANTED.  The protest is DISMISSED
   WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
