ORDER Harris Corporation (Harris) filed its protest, GSBCA 13271- P, on May 11, 1995. On May 15, 1995, TRW, Inc. (TRW) filed its protest, GSBCA 13278-P. On May 16, 1995, TRW intervened in the Harris protest. Harris and TRW challenge the Department of the Air Force's (Air Force's) decision to award a contract to Loral Federal Systems for the Defense Messaging System - Government Open Systems Interconnection Profile. The Air Force's response to TRW's complaint is not yet due. On May 25, 1995, TRW filed a motion asking that its protest be dismissed with prejudice to refiling at the Board and without prejudice on the merits, which would leave TRW free to pursue remedies which might exist in another forum. TRW also asked to withdraw as an intervenor in the Harris protest. There are no objections to the motion. TRW's motion is granted. TRW's protest, GSBCA 13278-P, is DISMISSED and TRW's request to withdraw as an intervenor in the Harris protest is granted. _______________________________ MARTHA H. DeGRAFF Board Judge
