                              ORDER

     On July 30, 1996, John Kruse filed a claim with the Board
after receiving the Department of the Interior's decision denying
his claim for reimbursement for travel and relocation expenses.

     On September 25, the claimant and agency filed a joint motion
to dismiss the claim.

     The Board hereby dismisses claimant's claim.
