    Wilma F. Sexton, Durango, CO, Claimant.

    David C. Coker, Associate Counsel, Defense Logistics Agency,
FPO Area Pacific, appearing for the Department of Defense.

VERGILIO, Board Judge.

    The claimant, Ms. Wilma F. Sexton, an employee at the Defense
Contract Management Command during the time in question, seeks an
increase in her living quarters allowance, due to fluctuations in
currency value while she was in New Zealand.  The General
Accounting Office, which formerly resolved such a matter, forwarded
this claim to the Board.  This Board has determined that claims
such as this for living quarters allowances fall outside of our

    We dismiss this matter and transfer it to the Office of
Personnel Management (OPM) for resolution.
