                                   ORDER

     Sandra L. Knight filed a claim for reimbursement of relocation
costs incurred in connection with a move to Independence National
Historical Park, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

     On October 15, 1996, the claimant and the agency involved, the
National Park Service, filed a joint settlement agreement and
motion to dismiss the claim.

     Accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
