       The  agency  notified the  Board that  it had  authorized the
  claim for  payment.   Later, in  response to  the Board's  inquiry
  whether claimant  wished to maintain  the claim,  claimant advised
  the  Board by telephone message  that he had been paid and that he
  withdrew his claim.  Consequently, this claim is dismissed.
