                                 ORDER
 
        Timothy M.  Oswald, an employee of the United States Customs
   Service, filed this  claim with the Board on November 9, 1998, in
   connection  with   his  relocation   from  Orlando,  Florida   to
   Newington, Virginia.   On November  23, Mr.  Oswald informed  the
   Board that  he was  withdrawing his claim  and would  be settling
   this matter with  the agency.  Accordingly, the  matter is hereby
   dismissed.
