     Col. A. Frank Whitehead, Chief of Staff, Defense Information Systems Agency,
Arlington, VA,  appearing for Department of Defense.

HYATT, Board Judge.

     Claimant, Dwight D. Weidman, a civilian employee of the Department of the Army, 
was transferred from Ft. Ritchie in Hagerstown, MD, to Letterkenny Army Depot in
Chambersburg, PA, pursuant to a base closing.  He asked the Board to review the Army's
decision not to authorize relocation costs.  He has now informed the Board that this matter 
has been resolved by the issuance of appropriate orders, and he has withdrawn his request
for our review.   Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
