                                 ORDER
 
        David  P.  Brockelman  filed a  claim  for  reimbursement of
   relocation expenses in connection  with the sale of   his home in
   Indianapolis, Indiana.  On April 30  and May 4, 1999, the  agency
   submitted correspondence stating that Mr. Brockelman had provided
   sufficient  documentation to  support payment  of  his claim  and
   requested the claim  be dismissed and returned to  the agency for
   settlement.  Mr. Brockelman has agreed to the agency's request.
   The Board dismisses the claim for settlement by the agency.
