   Development Division, Office of the Assistant Secretary, Manpower
   and  Reserve Affairs,  Department of  the  Army, Alexandria,  VA,
   appearing for Department of the Army.

        Neda M.  Killian asked  us to review  the Department  of the
   Army's decision to deny her request for return transportation and
   shipment of household  goods from an overseas  post of duty.   On
   May 21,  1999, the  Army advised  us that  it is  withdrawing its
   decision   and  that  it  will  authorize  Ms.  Killian's  return
   transportation and the shipment of  her household goods.  On June
   7,  1999,  Ms.  Killian advised  us  that she  has  no  reason to
   continue to  pursue her claim  here.  Accordingly, this  claim is
   dismissed.
