Officer, National Finance Center, United States Department of Agriculture,  New Orleans,
LA, appearing for Department of Agriculture.

PARKER, Board Judge.

     The Department of Agriculture (USDA) requested that the Board review a claim filed
by Ms. Lynne L. Bridgford in connection with her transfer from Fort Collins, Colorado, to
Delta, Colorado. Ms. Bridgford sought reimbursement of real estate expenses in connection
with the sale of her home at the old duty station and the purchase of a home at the new duty
station. 

     On November 26, 1999, claimant requested a dismissal of her claim as the dispute
had been resolved with the agency.  The claim is hereby dismissed.
