                                 ORDER
 
        Suresh C.  Jain filed a  relocation claim with the  Board on
   February  11, 2000,  in connection  with a move  from Germantown,
   Maryland to Morgantown, West Virginia.   Mr. Jain asked the Board
   to  review  the Department  of Energy's  rejection of  his travel
   voucher for miscellaneous expenses incurred in the move.
 
        On May 11, 2000, Mr. Jain asked that his  claim be dismissed
   as  all issues  had been  resolved  with the  agency.   The Board
   hereby dismisses the claim.
