        Lt  Col  Janice  Swigartsmith,  Acting  Personnel   Officer,
   Department  of  the  Air  Force,  Hanscom  Air  Force  Base,  MA,
   appearing for Department of the Air Force.
 
   WILLIAMS, Board Judge.
 
        On June 19, 2000,  claimant, John R. Loughlin, appealed  the
   denial  by the  Department  of the  Air  Force of  his  claim for
   reimbursement for a  relocation allowance in connection  with the
   purchase of a home at his new assignment.  On September 19, 2000,
   the Department of the Air Force informed the Board that the claim
   has since been approved for payment, and claimant agrees that the
   claim may be dismissed.
 
        Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
