        On  January  25,  2001,  the  United  States  Department  of
   Agriculture  (USDA) asked us  for an advance  decision concerning
   payments   it  made  for    Joseph  G.  Worthington's  relocation
   expenses.    In  response  to  USDA's  request,  Mr.  Worthington
   informed us that any debt he owes to USDA for relocation expenses
   has  been discharged in bankruptcy.   USDA agrees that due to the
   bankruptcy,  there is  no  claim remaining  for  us to  consider.
   Therefore, the claim is dismissed.
