        Judy  L.   Hughes,  Travel   Policy,  Defense   Finance  and
   Accounting Service, Columbus  Center, Columbus, OH, appearing for
   Department of Defense.
 
   GOODMAN, Board Judge.
 
        Frank  M. DiPofi,  an employee  with  the Defense  Logistics
   Agency, requested that this Board review the agency denial of his
   claim for reimbursement  of expenses incurred in  connection with
   his permanent change  of station move from  Anchorage, Alaska, to
   Richmond, Virginia.  Mr. DiPofi  has now requested that his claim
   be dismissed  as all issues  are being resolved with  the agency.
   The Board dismisses the claim.
