        Thomas  L.  Brockman, Jr.,  Director, USACE  Finance Center,
   United States Army  Corps of Engineers, Millington, TN, appearing
   for Department of the Army.
 
   WILLIAMS, Board Judge.
 
        On  May 7,  2001,  claimant, Doyle  H.  Frost, appealed  the
   decision  of the Department of the Army to request a repayment of
   $2205.64 of temporary quarters subsistence expenses in connection
   with his  permanent change  of station.   On  June 26,  2001, the
   Department of  the Army informed  the Board that the  request for
   repayment  had resulted  from  an  administrative  error  and  no
   overpayment  was made.   Claimant  agrees that  the claim  may be
   dismissed.
 
        Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
