        Donald M. Suica and Diane H. Houry, Office of Chief Counsel,
   Internal Revenue Service, Department of the Treasury, Washington,
   DC, appearing for Department of the Treasury.
 
   BORWICK, Board Judge.
 
        Claimant, an employee of the Internal Revenue Service, filed
   a  claim  at  this  Board  contesting  the  agency's  refusal  to
   reimburse him for  an expenditure of $225 in  attorney's fees for
   the closing on claimant's house, incident to his relocation.  The
   agency has reimbursed the expense and claimant has  withdrawn the
   claim.  This matter is dismissed.
