      James J. Hearn asked us to review the Department of Defense's decision that it could
not pay to move his household goods because he did not move them within two years of his
transfer.  On September 27, 2001, Mr. Hearn advised us that he was withdrawing his  claim. 
Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
