        Aretta  Williams,  United  States  Army Corps  of  Engineers
   Finance Center, Millington,  TN, appearing for Department  of the
   Army.

        Claimant,  an employee  of the  United States Army  Corps of
   Engineers, filed  a claim at  this Board contesting  the agency's
   refusal to reimburse him for an expenditure of $429 for liability
   and property damage  insurance purchased in conjunction  with his
   movement of household goods to his new duty station.  
 
        By letter  dated, July  17, 2001,  the claimant  advised the
   Board that his claim has now been paid.  This case is, therefore,
   dismissed.
