     David M. England, Office of General Counsel, Defense Commissary Agency, Fort
Lee, VA, appearing for Defense Commissary Agency.

GOODMAN, Board Judge.

     Claimant, Wayne J. Lintz, an employee of the Defense Commissary Agency, 
requested that this Board review the agency's denial of relocation costs in connection with
his move from Sasebo, Japan, to Harrison Village, Indiana.  Mr. Lintz received the agency's
explanation in response to his claim.  He now states that he does not wish to further appeal
the decision made by the agency.  The claim is therefore dismissed.
